Spicy Black Pepper crab 1kg crabs = 3 tablespoons of Black pepper crab paste
ADD 2 tablespoons of oil/ butter,3 tablespoons black pepper paste and 2 rice cups of water into the wok.
HEAT Turn on the flame and stir well.
When boiled,add in the chopped & cleaned crabs (1kg) into the wok.
When boiled, cover wok Stir every 3 mins using a middle flame to avoid burning.
Cook till the gravy almost dry.
SERVE Switch off the flame.
Add 1 teaspoon of black soya sauce / Black sweet sauce and stir well.
Garnish and serve hot.
